Who Is Rachel Poli?
Rachel Poli is an indie author, podcaster, content writer, and entrepreneur residing in New England.
What began as Ninja Turtle fan fiction at the age of ten has grown into something so much more. Rachel had spent many years teaching in preschool special education and left teaching to pursue her writing dreams. She’s a multi-genre author with too many ideas and characters in her head. Although, Rachel mainly writes short stories and cozy mysteries.
When she’s not writing, she’s reading many cozy mysteries. However, she loves a good fairy-tale retelling too. She also loves cleaning, playing video games, or hanging out with her dog, cat, turtle, and tortoise.

The Merry Writer Podcast
The Merry Writer is a hashtag game on Twitter started by Ari Meghlen in June 2018. In April 2020, it turned into a podcast co-hosted by Rachel.
The Merry Writer Podcast consists of two chatty authors connecting writers together one question at a time by asking all the “write” questions. The podcast aims to share our love of writing and to help others on their writing journey. To show them it’s not all glitz and glamor, it’s not always easy but it is fun and totally worth it in the long run.
