I have been in a reading slump for a long time. Sure, I did a good job reading consistently this past month, but I want to keep up with it. I want to read through my TBR pile and I also want to re-read some old favorites of mine.
One of the things I wanted to do for this new website was to go through books that I’ve already read and update the book reviews after reading through them a second time.
The problem is, there are so many books and not enough time. And when I say there are a lot of books, I mean there are many books I own that I haven’t read yet, many books on my TBR page, and even more books waiting for me to discover them at Barnes & Noble.
So, the biggest hurdle of a reading slump for me is that I never know what book to read next. I have so many books that I often get overwhelmed and say I’ll “decide later” on what to read. Thus, I never end up reading.
